By using Koydo Sprouts, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please stop using the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us of unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Preview Access and Payments

Sprouts is in launch review. Paid access is not offered on this child-facing preview until store and subscription provider checks are complete. See the Pricing page for current availability.

4. Intellectual Property

All Platform content is owned by Koydo or used under license. Copying or commercially exploiting materials without consent is prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use

Use the Platform for educational purposes only. Do not attempt unauthorized access or bypass caregiver controls.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about learning outcomes and are not liable for interruptions beyond our control.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 14 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
